This microscope can analyze a multitude of parameters down to the single molecule level using methods such as Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM), Förster Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET), Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (FCS), Fluorescence Lifetime Measurements, Fluorescence Anisotropy and Fluorescence Intensity Time Traces. The microscope is equipped with a picosecond laser source (375 and 405 nm), Time-Correlated-Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) module with 1 ps resolution, two Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) detectors for UV-VIS and a PhotoMultiplier Tube (PMT) detector 950-1700 nm. The microscope is paired with a supercontinuum laser 340-1100nm with wavelength selection module (NKT Photonics).
