Matrix of the camera is made of InSb. detection range: 1.1-5.3 µm, matrix size: 640 x 512 pixels, pixel size: 15x15 µm, registration speed: 100 images/sec., f=28 mm lens, f/1.5 aperture, angle of view 19,5° x 15,6°, focal length - 0.5 m - ∞, microscopic lens, magnification - x10, resolution - 3 µm x 3 µm. Camera allow thermographic investigations of materials and optoelectronic devices.
