This equipment is fully integrated with a motorized XY stage which performs a surface profile (3D image) of the chosen area on the sample. Depending on the examined type of surface (etched, hybrid structure etc.) it is possible to choose the exact cantilever for the highest quality of surface relief. It is equipped with software able to render the image file and will allow performance of basic measurements.
