The LABRAM microscope is fully integrated with an AIST-NT SmartSPM Scanning Probe Microscope which offers the most versatile and reliable platform for both fast simultaneous co-localized Raman-AFM and Tip-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS) and Tip-enhanced Fluorescence Spectroscopy (TEFS) measurements. TERS/TEFS provides the chemical specificity of Raman spectroscopy/fluorescence with imaging at spatial resolution down to 10 nm.
